You cant tell from the introduction at all. It is a very thin laundry basket. There is a layer of waxy paint in the fabric to enhance the hardness, but it is really fragile if it is not supported.
It is difficult to directly tell whether the wheels are locked, but it will not accidentally roll unless it is placed on flat ground. It is a very useful product.
had some regrets after ordering it, but it was shipped and there was nothing I could do to change it. I was very pleasantly surprised when I received it, it was a great value for money.
